Developer sold the portfolio to Onex Renewables for €530m [Image: EDPR]
EDPR has completed the sale of a 221MW wind portfolio in Portugal.
EDPR has signed a sale and purchase agreement with Onex Renewables to sell a 100% equity stake in the portfolio for an estimated enterprise value of €530m.
The transaction will contribute €530m of asset rotation proceeds.
EDPR said the deal is within the context of the €8bn asset rotation programme for 2021-25 announced during EDPR’s capital markets day.
